​Ella has turned a rather neglected walled garden into a flourishing flower farm using no-dig methods. Everything is grown sustainably with the aim of working with nature to create a healthy, diverse environment without the use of chemicals. It is a lovely place to spend time amongst all the flowers and butterflies. There is an enclosed workshop if the weather isn't kind as well as a covered pavilion which provides shade on sunny days. There is mains water and a composting toilet.

Collage​ - The origins of collage can be traced back hundreds of years but it made a dramatic reappearance in the early 20th century. The term papier colle was coined by Braque and Picasso when collage became a distinctive part of modern art.  Henri Matisse created his bold 'cut outs' when ill health first prevented him from painting. ​​​​​

Taking inspiration from the garden, and the great masters of collage we will create bold colourful collages from stained and painted papers.
